The district installed Neptune automatic read meters in 2013. The district operator drive-by reads the meters for billing at the end of every month. From that reading we can detect low, high, or no usage issues with an individual meter. We may, from time to time, contact you regarding an out of the ordinary meter reading on your meter to solve a problem or clarify your water usage. You may also contact the office regarding any water leak issues you may encounter. Our system has the capability of data-logging your meter for a period of time to pinpoint the higher usage timeframe. There are meter images included on this page which may help you manually read your meter and decipher the digital display if you need to.
